Working with PIK wasn't solely about creating ad campaigns; it also involved establishing an internal creative studio for the brand and spearheading the company's entire communication efforts. We were integral in crafting the marketing and brand strategies, as well as devising and implementing communication strategies over the course of a year. Additionally, we were responsible for orchestrating and executing numerous brand communication campaigns.
It’s Good to be Home
This campaign is a direct representation of the brand idea: everyone needs to feel good at home every day. We have captured the most simple and true moments of life of our residents and shared it with the audience in a different mediums: online video ads, outdoor prints, social media content.
Pik standart
PIK Standard comprises a set of quality standards integrated into every project undertaken by PIK. For instance, it is mandatory for each apartment block to feature its own small park in the yard and a playground. Additionally, all roads within the complex are designed without boundaries to ensure easy accessibility for trolleys and wheelchairs. In this campaign, we highlight our key product propositions by showcasing the lives of our residents.
One Sierra
In 2021, PIK launched a new apartment complex in Manila, Philippines, named One Sierra. Together with director Dima Maseykin, we created an architectural visualisation short film based on the simple visual idea: the rising sun revealing all infrastructure and spaces of the apartment complex.
PIK furniture
In 2021, PIK introduced a furniture collection that can be purchased with an apartment. The main advantage
is that all the sizes and proportions of the furniture have been specifically made for the apartment you bought.

PIK OBJECTS
Collaborating with our design department, we have focused on creating interior objects. These objects serve as another integral element of the PIK brand universe, intended to seamlessly integrate into the daily lives of our residents. Although we have not yet fully launched the entire product line, our initial plan was to introduce
three simple yet functional products: a tray, a lamp, and a vase.
